  • arrive 10 minutes before class start

Personal Training on a budget.  There is no better way to stay motivated and stay focused on your workout regimen than doing it alongside your spouse, family member, or friend.  With this approach,  clients train together, although the focus is on individual fitness levels in order to facilitate personal progress.  

  • 2 client minimum

  • choose any Personal Training Package.

  • sessions cannot be split if one client is unable to attend

  • workout attire at all time

  • arrive 10-15 minutes before to warm-up

  • clients must sign session confirmation after each workout
