Food and drink provide the energy and nutrients you need to be healthy. Understanding how certain foods affect the body may make it easier for you to make better food choices when attempting to make a healthy lifestyle change.

A healthy diet in collaboration with a consistent exercise routine is the most effective way one can get to their fitness goals in the shortest time.

Nathlete Training will host a nutrition seminar about the importance of a structured diet and its relationship to a healthy weight.

Attendees will learn about macros and micros, food logging, meal prepping, caloric deficit, insulin resistance, amino acids, cholesterol, electrolytes and much more.

Marathon Preparation 10K/5K 

Marathon Preperation
